The 5 x 55 Method For Easy Manifestation

I’d like to show you a method for manifestation that’s close to my heart. I’ve been using this approach for several years and it works like magic. It’s simple to do, it is specific and I invite you to try it as soon as you finish this article.

This approach is called 5 x 55.

How it works is simple.

You decide on what you want. Then you write an affirmation, specific to who you are and to what you want to manifest. Finally, you write it down, in your manifestation journal or somewhere else fifty-five times, every day, for five days.

Let’s go through each individual step.

I suggest you start with something small, instead of a huge goal. I’m telling you this because I want you to build your confidence and faith into Law of Attraction. As you know, Law of Attraction works on a vibrational level so you need to have faith in it to manifest your desires.

If you say something like “I want a million dollars”, you’ll never believe it is possible. You’ll not achieve the vibration required to do this. But if you set a small, realistic goal, then it will be within the realm of what you think possible and what you’re willing to accept, what you feel worthy of and you’ll be far more likely to achieve.

This idea, this strategy is true across the board. Way too many people try to use Law of Attraction with life-changing outcomes before they’re ready to believe this is possible. LoA works and it will give you $1.000.000 just as easily as it will $1.000 but it’s your faith that makes the difference. If you’ve never manifested before, then I guarantee you won’t really believe you can attract a million dollars in your life.

If you focus on $1.000 and then you manifest it, you’ll build faith. You’ll know this is the real thing.

Maybe you believe in Law of Attraction but you are most likely doing it on a mental level. You agree with it but you don’t have that inner conviction that comes from experience. Your mind can only go so far and experiencing something is far more convincing than understanding it.

Once you’ve decided on your goal, it’s time to decide on your affirmation.

A basic template is “I am _____”. This is very versatile because you can cover both transformational goals and objective ones.

A transformational goal is when you have achieved some kind of personal transformation. Examples are “I am happy”, “I am excited”, “I am healthy”, “I am beautiful”. An objective goal is something outside you as “I’m so excited that I’ve received a raise at work” or “I’m so excited that the publisher accepted my book” or “I’m so thrilled for this new job I’ve received”.

You express your emotion regarding what you wish for it to happen as it already happened. This is great for writing goals too, in the past tense, so you can convince your subconscious mind it already happened.

So for me, such an affirmation would look like:

“I am so excited that I’ve filled all the seats in my new workshop on manifestation”.

You can be a lot more specific than this, using numbers, being accurate but at the most basic level, express the emotion you’re feeling and the outcome that will happen as if it already did.

Third, before you write it, I’d like you to visualize it.

This is maybe even more important than putting it on paper. Know why?

Because the electromagnetic field of your mind and of your heart are important in the process of manifestation. With your mind, it’s all about images. It’s looking at yourself and seeing yourself victorious, as you’ve already received what you want. It’s about building a mental movie of you at the finish line, whatever that line may be.

But what’s even more important it’s your heart, to be more specific, your emotions. Get as many senses involved as possible. What would you hear? What would you taste? What would you smell? How does it feel?

Most people, when they visualize, focus just on the visual. I want you to use all five senses. I want you to feel the wind on your skin, the smell of the ocean, the sound of the waves hitting the shore, the sight of the ocean in front of you and even the salty taste of the air.

Let’s assume that you want a new car. Close your eyes. Relax. Breathe deeply. Imagine yourself at the steering wheel of this new car. Picture everything in great detail. Pick the color of the leather. What music do you hear on the stereo? What do you hear outside the car? How does it feel to sit in the chair? How does it smell? Like a new car? Or maybe some luxurious fragrance? What do you feel in your mouth? Maybe the menthol from the toothpaste?

The more senses you engage, the more real the image becomes. And that image is like a mail you send to the universe. It’s a request for this to happen.

It’s not always easy. Sometimes your mind may drift away. When this happens, gracefully bring your attention back. Don’t think of what you’ll do later or what you’ve done yesterday. Focus on the image that you want to manifest. This is something you can do often, with or without the 5 x 55 process. It’s the main tool in your toolkit as a manifestation expert.

Do this for five minutes or ten minutes or as long as you can. The more, the better but what’s really important here is how much intention you put in, not the time length.

Now transition to writing your affirmation. Keep the same emotions you’ve had earlier. The purpose of the visualization session is to prime you, to put you into the right frame of heart.

To help you understand, imagine that you’re writing a letter to a loved one. A love letter or a letter to your best friend. Bring that enthusiasm and passion where your hand is moving too slowly because you want to write faster because you want to express yourself so much. You don’t want to passively just write this as it won’t help you. It’s not the writing itself that makes a difference, it’s your ability to raise your vibration to the level where you can manifest.

You can’t change your vibration, not directly. You can only use your emotions to do so. Your emotions are the switch, the toggle to your vibration while your imagination is the designer, the architect that tells the universe what you desire.

One last thing here that I must tell you, which will also shed more light into Law of Attraction. Do you need to write it down 55 times? No. If you believe you need to do it 40 times, do it 40 times. 55 is just an arbitrary number. It’s not relevant. What’s relevant is that you believe in the process and you have faith in it. I know people doing a 66 variation or a 33 variation. It doesn’t matter. If you bring your emotions to this if you toggle that “emotional intensity” toggle to 5 / 5 and if you visualize and make your outcome come true in your mind, you will manifest.

Law of Attraction is more like dancing than mathematics. When you dance, if you feel the rhythm, then you can dance nicely without following a pattern. Mathematics instead focus on strict formulas. Once you learn to elevate your emotional state to a very high level and to use your imagination well, then you’ll manifest with ease, using 5 x 55 or any other method you want.
