The best foods you can eat are vegetables, berries, cold-water fatty fish, nuts, rosemary, dark chocolate, turmeric, coconut oil... Create a diet of only brain-healthy foods without sugars and with only a small amount of fat.

Both your mind and your body will feel recharged and ready to continue working. Remember: Don’t control your breath; let it happen naturally!
See as if for the first time or the last time
The next time your mind wanders far away from where you are, take a look around you. Notice the small details that you constantly seem to ignore. Look at something that you know is there, but as if you’re looking at it for the first time. Let your mind focus on objects and people around you. This change of ‘environment’ will benefit you greatly, and you’ll be able to focus much more easily in the future.
