Two of the greatest scientists of our time, Russell Targ and Hal Puthoff, were working for the US government and had hit upon a psychic phenomenon so big, they could hardly believe it themselves. They called it remote viewing.

This psychic discovery allowed them to foresee the probable future, view the past, understand the present, and answer any question that could be asked. The implications of such an astounding find were almost too much to handle. And so the government kept it locked up for themselves.

But with each passing day, the underground military research proved the validity of remote viewing. And the practical applications were startling:

• Captives that were taken by the Italian terrorism group, the Red Brigade, were found when remote viewers were able to "see" the storefront in which held the red brigades' secret lair.
• A downed Soviet plane was located in the Congo and priceless soviet military intelligence was extracted.
• Locations once thought forever lost were found. Like Cleopatra's Palace and Mark Antony's Timonium, the places where history's most famous star-crossed love took place

Why Did Congress Then Ban Remote Viewing?

Simply, Congress felt threatened. Fearing that the government would use these psychic spies to spy on their own activities, it appeared that one of the greatest gifts that mankind had was about to disappear into oblivion and become nothing more than a file with the red words, CLASSIFIED, stamped on it.

But lucky for us, the Freedom Of Information Act allowed this psychic secret to escape. And in 1995, the world was finally exposed to remote viewing.
