Telepathy vs. Mountain Lion
Unbelievable! A Lady in Oregon Used Telepathy to Calm Down a Mountain Lion and Put It to Sleep
By John Katzowitz / The Daily Dot
If you ever had to come face to face with a free lion, then you'd be probably scared to death and start shivering, but this lady from Oregon used mind power to calm it down.
Lauren Taylor had an unexpected guest in the form of a mountain lion, which entered her home seeking refuge from mountain fires. Instead of panicking and trying to shoo it away, she used telepathy to calm the guest down. And believe it or not, it worked!
Taylor has narrated the entire incident on her Facebook account. She mentioned how it entered and even tried escaping from the window. But she used psychic energy to control it. The lion was in a state of fear, and it could have proved extremely dangerous to the house members.
Someone in her house had screamed and slammed the door on seeing the wild animal in the premise. The lion was thus frightened, agitated but Taylor elevated the Theta state (one of intense relaxation) used for hypnosis. In this state, the brain waves are slowed down at a frequency of 4-7 cycles per second. The lion became quiet and lay down. When Taylor checked upon what it was doing, she found the lion sleeping.
On making some noise, the lion woke up and was startled. Taylor again raised the frequency, gazed into the lion's eyes and communicated with her with what she describes as 'feline-speak eye blinking to calm her.' The lion then again went back to sleep.
Taylor even took a video of the sleeping lion. In the video, the lioness looks relaxed and just enjoying a good nap time. It doesn't even a bit look like a wild animal in danger, but as calm as a pet. This lioness apparently spent 6 hours sleeping behind the sofa in her house.
What is more surprising is how Taylor used the same telepathic way to direct the animal to leave the house. As she describes in her post, she sent telepathic pictures of the routes out of the house via open doors and the route out the backyard, across the creek, through an open field, and back up into the hills. She got some help from the native ancestors as well to rouse her.
The entire episode is quite surprising how psychic power helped her avert the big danger. The lion could have even attacked in its start of fear and agitation but Taylor confidently put it to sleep and even helped to figure a way back.
