How To Ensure You Get Your Email Subscription.... To ensure that the emails I send you are not filtered out or deleted in some kind of "trash" or "junk" folder, please add the address editor@mindpowernews.com to your contacts, address book, or save list. Also, please add the domain name mindpowernews.com to your list of friends/trusted senders both in your email program (e.g. Outlook Express, Eudora etc.) AND to your internet service provider's "Whitelist" - i.e. allow them safe passage through their spam filters and not block or delete it. This should ensure that you receive any email that you have signed up for from us. Now, in order to add these to the whitelist of your internet service/email provider (e.g. AOL, Hotmail etc.), here is what you need to do. Scroll down this page and select the specific internet service provider or email service you are using and then follow the instructions. Make sure that you whitelist @mindpowernews.com at both your internet service provider/email service AND your own email software (e.g. Outlook Express, Eudora etc). If you have your own spam filtering software, you may also need to add our domains there so that they pass through. AOL: Please put the above specified domains in your Address Book. You can also check AOL help for additional details, if necessary. Be aware that different versions have varying features. In version 7.0, go to Keyword Mail Controls. Select your screen name and then just do a left-click on "Customize Mail Controls For This Screen Name". You then enter the above domains in "exclusion and inclusion parameters." In version 8.0, you need to first select "Allow email from all AOL members, email addresses and domains." After that, you then left-click on "Next" until the Save button shows up at the bottom. Finally, left click on "Save." Hotmail/MSN: Please put the above-listed domains in your Safe List. This is accessed via the "Options" link. You find this to the far right of the main menu tabs.
Yahoo Mail!: If you find find my emails filtered to your 'bulk' folder, here is what you have to do... Firstly, open the message. Click on the "This is not spam" link. You will find this next to the "From" field. An excellent idea is to create a Yahoo "filter" that sends our emails straight to your Inbox instead of the Junk/Bulk Mail folder. This is what you do... 1) Open your Yahoo email. Then left-click on "Mail Options", which you will find at the right side of the screen. In the right hand column, under "Management," left-click on "Filters." Finally, left-click on "Add Filter." 2) Give this new filter a name of your choice, one that you will recognize as being connected to us. 3) Have a look where it says "if all of the following rules are true ...". Go to the top row, "From header," and then simply choose "contains" in the drop-down menu and type in @mindpowernews.com 4) At the bottom, from the drop-down menu there, choose "Inbox" from where it says "Move the message to:" 5) Then, just left-click on the "Add Filter" button. And you're done!!
ATTGlobal.net You will find that your "Graymail" folder contains all possible spam email. The Graymail folder is located on the Spam Control page, but only after you activate the "Filter" option. If you don't activate the filter, then there is no Graymail folder. If you have enabled Spam Control, they have also created an email address for you to send your feedback. Hence, if you get email identified by the system as <<POTENTIAL-SPAM>> but it isn't (e.g. ours!), then make sure you immediately convey that information to notspammail@attglobal.net.

Whitelisting Other ISPs: All ISPs differ somewhat, but the basic concept is the same. ISPs nearly always give you help or instructions about whitelisting. However,... If you really can't find any information on how to add domains to a whitelist, you need to call or e-mail your ISP's tech support. Ask them specifically how you can be certain of receiving email from all of our the domains (listed above).
Whitelisting Other Email Services: Each mail service differs, but the basic concept described above is the same. Alternatively, try moving a message you HAVE received from us from the Junk folder to the 'inbox' or just forward the message to yourself. If your email continues to be filtered out, you definitely need to call or email your tech support people or "postmaster@your-mailservice.com" and ask them to explain how you can be certain to receive all email from our specified domains. You should mention all the domains we have already listed for you above.
Whitelisting Spam Filter Software: If you are using a client-side third-party spam filter (ex., McAfee SpamKiller) to augment your e-mail software, please indicate to that filtering software to accept SiteSell's domains. Either add the SiteSell domains (listed on the page underneath this one) to some kind of a white list (or a "good list" or similar name), or click to indicate that mail filtered into a "Junk" folder is not junk -- all systems follow similar patterns, but the names may change. It is usually pretty straightforwad, but you may need to search the software's help for a bit of direction.
What To Do If Your Internet Service Provider REFUSES To Whitelist Email You Have Requested... In general, most ISPs and email providers WILL "whitelist" (i.e. allow safe passage through their spam filters and not block or delete it) any email you specifically request should be whitelisted So, if you have ANY trouble whitelisting these domains and email addresses we have given you, contact your ISP or mail service by email, web form, or even directly by phone. However, be cautious of any who refuse to do whitelist email for you. This is your legal right, i.e. to receive email that you ahve specifically requested and want. They have no legal right to stop you getting it! Remember that if they won't cooperate with you, then their competitors will be more than glad to have your business! Hence, if an ISP or mail service refuses to whitelist (and they may actually not admit this openly), and instead tries to convince you that we are to at fault, you should seriously consider taking your business elsewhere. And you should definitely make them very aware of that possibility.
